how to resolve obd error code P0144

The initial error code was P0154 the mechanic replaced the left side oxygen sensor and it was fine for a while couple days the I received the engine light code error P0144 1st where is this sensor located on my chrysler 2002 300M (V6-3.5L .VinG and how do I fix this error
