P3400 Honda - what causes this coding?

vtm 4 light came on causing very poor performance. Check engine light also came on. when both lights lit very poor performance.  returned to normal performance when only check engine lighted.  Apparently a law suit hasbeen filed for these symptoms. Honda agency gave me only code P3400.
they replaced the Rocker Arm Pressure Switch for possible intermittent
failure.

This is correct, and what the dealer ship has performed is correct by replacing front and rear rocker switch as intermittent fault condition, also, since there are so many factor that cause a P3400 dealing with the oil, what they should also should have done is also updated the PCM software that was recently produced by Honda for this code condition TSB # 11-033.
