P0350 2002 Ford F150 -

Question

pulling codes:  p0340, p0350, both codes are listed as pending, clear the codes w/running SES light says off until its turned off.

when restarted light comes back on as soon as engine starts.

( 1 )  swapped csp on  bank 1 & 2 no change, so are both bad or
        neither ?


( 2 )  this year model has coil on plug coil, not showing any of the 0351-        0358 codes, just showing 0350 pending.


      how do I get the light to stay off and why are they pending?

P0350 Ignition coil primary / secondary circuit malfunction

This code when set is a continuous code, what set this code on a Ford are poor connection either with too much di-electric lube on the sparkplug to boot contact, burnt or worn sparkplug boot, or the primary connection where there is no locking tab.

 Check the primary connection , here a P0350 that was set pulling on the primary connection revealed the locking tabs where not seating the connection, which resulted with a P0350. a zip tie made the fix.
