OBD2 code: P0350

Will this cause an engine not to start? my engine overheated twice. The first time i fixed it i replaced the thermostat and it didnt overheat for a few months. The last time it overheated it did not start afterwards. i didnt try to start it after that last time for a couple weeks. and there was a small pin hole in the gas tank on the bottom side that i patched. the engine appears to be fine and nothing ugly under the hood. the oil looks fine and the spark plugs arent saturated in water.. i tested the plugs/ coil for spark and each one is fine. also i made sure the fuel pump was pumping water to the engine and it does. It JUST WONT CRANK. even dumping a can of starting fluid (not literally) wont touch it. the battery and stuff is fine.. any help would be greatly appreciated.

you will have the check compression and do a leak down test, the head gasket might be bad very common on this car
