why P0427 code

Question

already replaced both catalyst convertors,and 1 year ago replaced back o2 sensor now have code P0427 come up and vsb track light comes on

P0427 Catalyst temperature sensor low input bank 1 sensor 1

Anytime the CK ENG LT comes on for safety reason the ABS and TRAC are disabled, the reason, with the CK ENG LT on the vehicle is no longer at manufacture specification. As for this code its not even a valid code for the 4 runner
