This is not a valid code for Ford, but if does show on your scan tool , and your scan tool has a freeze frame data , there will be no freeze frame data when this code set, by experience only when this occurs this code is only set when there is a higher than normal idle. check for vacuum leaks especially at the PCV valve and its vacuum hose or vacuum leaks.
