2000 Deville, 60k miles intermittant P0741 code? Trans. seems to work fine

Sometimes goes for week or more without code-seems to work and shift and lock up just fine

P0741 Transmission torque convertor clutch system circuit performance or stuck off

Any other code that is present, the ECM will shut off the TCC circuit if there is any misfire or TPS conditions. Check the fluid level and the condition of the transmission , what you are experiencing now is a intermittent condition with the TCC. which can be set if there are other code or symptoms that will shut off the TCC at times.
