location of the sensor

please where is the location of the PO500 sensor, because my check engine light comes on and the abs light and the break light comes on aswell,after scanning the code came back as p0500 and that's speed sensor 'A', please advise.

P0500 Vehicle speed sensor circuit malfunction
The location is in the valve body of the transmission. you need to remove the transmission pan and the valve body to replace the sensor  Before you decide to replace this does he speedometer work? and is there any transmission code that is set beside a ABS code? If you have ABS code as well as the brake light you need to check the ABS code.  If there are no transmission code you suspect only the ABS unit.
