Will it make car shut off coming to stop? will it give me a lack of power ?hard starting? Location ofthe fuel temp sensor ?

This code should not cause a stall when coming to a stop. The temp sensor is located in the gas tank and is part of the fuel pump module. This may affect the fuel mixture, but won't usually cause a problem with stalling.
