What can I do to correct eliminste the P1000, PO500 and U1039e Codes on 2005 Lincoln LS V8?

My 2005 Lincoln LS V8 runs well, recently the ABS, Traction and Check Engine Lights cace on. OBD ll dianostics reported P1000, PO500 and U1039 Codes. What can I do to correct, eliminste and fix these issues?

P1000 On board diagnostic system readiness not complete
P0500 Vehicle speed sensor circuit malfunction
U1039 Invalid or missing data for vehicle speed

You have a VSS that is set, without a VSS the ABS does not know what speed the vehicle is traveling at. this would code a U1039. Take care of the P0500 first.

 On the top of the rear differential is the VSS, without this signal the ABS system will become non functional
