P0480 - will P0480 code prevent 2004 dodge 1500 from starting

getting ready to go to work, tried to start vehicle, starter turns good, engine want start. hooked up OBII, code P0480 came up. will this code on this vehicle prevent it from starting?

Hi there,

This code will not prevent the truck from starting. This code is for the condenser fan relay, I would check for spark and fuel to see why the truck isn't starting. This is the first step when you have a no start situation.
