Hi there,

This is a code for the heater circuit of the bank 1 O2 sensor, sensor #1. This is the sensor BEFORE the catalytic converter. In most cases the sensor itself is the problem, however if the sensor has been replaced and the code is still there, then you must check the wiring to make sure nothing has rubbed through the insulation on the wires causing them to short.
