If the computer and the relay have been replaced, what else can it be?

2005 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3L, if the computer and the relay have been replaced, what else can it be if we still get the same code?

This could be the fault of the computer itself, the wiring or a blown fuse. Depending on what code is being stored there could be other issues as well. If the computer isn't powering up, then I would be checking the wiring from the relay to the computer.
