I can use a little starting fluid and it fires right up and runs great steady at 8-900 rpm idle. My p1345 came on could this possibly be the reason it won't start without starting fluid.

HI there

The code points to a problem with the cam or crank position sensor. The starting more indicates a problem with the fuel pump. It will usually start hard if it's a cam or crank sensor issue, but spraying starting fluid into the throttle would not normally change that.
