i have 2006 Saab 93 with obd code p1312, how do I fix it?

This code means ignition coil knock detection cylinder 1 and 2.

Basically this code can be the result of worn out spark plugs, bad ignition coils or a problem with the wiring to the coils on cylinder 1 and 2.
