With pending code p0770 do I need to replace the transmission?

sometimes dirty transmission oil can cause this or clutch dust removal, you can check it and see if its low or dirty if so you can have the transmisson pan dropped and cleaned with clutch dust removal. if not torque converter needs to be replaced.
