2008 BMW 750li after refuling my car will stall on the first start,

second time will start but shakes for 30 second then it's fine until next fill up.

After refueling of the  fuel tank and it has this symptoms? The only cause would be with the DMTL . Beside the DMTL being a popular code that is set with  the 750 IL. Try a factory level scan tool and recheck for codes,
