P0135 Ford - Excursion

Question

replaced both up & down stream sensor 3 time 2 of which were at ford dealerships. Is it possible to have an improper connection to burn these sensors out prematurely?

P0135 H02S heater circuit shorted to ground

Improper connection yes it is . Ford produced a new 02 sensor (Black connector) where the locking tabs where to be removed .in order to mate the connection correctly.
