My car cuts out every now and then and sometimes does not want to start.

P2100 Throttle actuator control (TAC) motor circuit / open
When this code condition set usually cycling the key reset the TAC. If the engine does not restart you have a open circuit with the TAC motor. The solution is to have the connection tested for any poor contact to the TAC motor
