p0135 code honda odyssey 2007 214k

i already change the sensor bank 2 sensor 1 for a previous error code check engine. now i've got the p0135 error code o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1. i need to know the location it seem to be under the plastic cover of the motor. where i buy my sensor they ask if it's the lower or upper sensor and left or right.

This is the upper sensor, on the rear of the engine before the converter. Believe that would be the left.
