Hi - Could you briefly explain if error code P261b on a 2010 Toyota Prius 1800cc? is an easy fix and exactly what it means?

P261B Engine coolant pump B control malfunction
This could be easily related to a TSB that Toyota has produced, TSB 3427 , what this is about is a improved water pump  assembly that Toyota has produced. what happens is the water ump connector either fails internally of externally of the engine water pump.
