P0641 5 Volts reference circuit
P2135 Throttle position 1-2 correlation
P2138 Accelerator pedal position 1-2

The reason multiple code show , the ECM is setting the reason for the CK ENG LT to come on. The main code that set the other 2 code is P641, this is the 5 volts reference voltage to certain sensor one of which is the TPS for P2135, when the TPS code set it affects the APP which will code a P2138, Check in the engine fuse box for any open fuse that would set a P641.
