This code means the computer sees a lean fuel mixture on bank 1. The most common issues for this would be the rear O2 sensor, the front O2 sensor or an intake manifold leak. Sometimes you may also have an issue with the mass air flow sensor. It's best to use a scan tool that can see the live data to determine which is the cause.
