p0040 1998 dodge stratus car wont start . is this a bad ecm

replaced camshft control sensor and crankshaft sensor, reset codes now code p0040 is present . is this a bad ecm . nothing has worked up to this point

Hi there

It is possible, but I would take a look at the timing belt as well. If its broken the car won't start. This code is specific to the O2 sensor harness's. If you have crossed them by mistake the code will appear. This should not keep the car from starting though.
