B1296 - power supply sensor circuit failure

Car will not start but will turn just not over. thought it was the fuel filter but I changed that out and it worked for a few hours.  Trouble codes that show up when diagnosing with a scanner is B1296 B1297 and P0430.  Don't know much about cars so please spell this out for me
