P0601 BMW - 2000 BMW 328i does not set oxygen sensor readiness monitor

went to smog 2000 BMW 328i, oxygen sensor code came up, changed all of them out, drove over 500 miles went back to smog and still the code for the oxygen sensors are coming up, they said there is a ECM software error, what do i do to fix this?

The 02 sensor are still setting a code? What are the code that are setting for the 02 sensor? Depenging on the code this will determine if this is a software issue with the 02 sensors,
