P1401 1999 Ford F150 - engine running sluggish and feels like its missing

Changed plugs and checked coils connected to scan tool no miss just a p1401 code but engine runs rough

P1401 DPF EGR sensor circuit high voltage

 If the EGR was slightly open this definitely  would cause a rough idle condition. correcting the DPF for the setting the code would help resolve any issue with the EGR system
