What are the possible remedies for the codes that keep showing up?

This is an ongoing problem that needs to be rectified.  Lincoln's service manuals don't seem to be able to provide a remedy.

Both of these codes are for a fuel mixture issue. Specifically a rich fuel mixture on bank #2. This type of code is either or usually the result of a bad O2 sensor on that bank or a problem with a leaking fuel injector. Basically it's showing there is to much fuel on bank 2.
