P0343 Saturn -L300 v6 with all new parts no spark

I have a 01 L300 v6 car has new timing belt is in time good fuel pressure new cam and crank sensors new starter 3 weeks ago new Ecm 2 mo's ago car was running fine and just quit  has a 343 code replaced both cam and crank sensors nothing no spark at plugs need help noone knows not even gm dealers
