could code753  be from a bad t c m and how long can i drive on it be fore i damage the transmission

This code is for a faulty 1-2 shift solenoid. Normally this won't be caused by the TCM and is usually the result of low transmission fluid. You can drive the car like this but I would look at the fluid level and make sure it's clean. If the tcm is not sending signal to the solenoid it might cause the issue but it's not common.
