Also have misfire on cylinder 6.

Had in a shop 5hey said they fixed it ,but check engine light came back on and misfire in cylinder 6?

A misfire can be caused by a few things. Plugs, coils, vacuum leaks, internal engine issues. If it's not fixed then it needs to go back to them. Make sure they checked all the items I listed. If they did then a leak down test or a fuel injector might be causing the problem
