Where is the Oxygen Sensor Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2 on a 1998 Plymouth Neon with a 2.0

My 1998 Plymouth NEON is displaying a code PO140: Oxygen Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected Bank 1 Sensor 2.  Where is this sensor located?  Could this be a bad gasket on the gas cap?

Hi there,

This is not a problem with the gas cap. This is an issue with the O2 sensor. This sensor is located behind the catalytic converter in the exhaust pipe. This would be sensor 2.
