2004 subaru wrx p1560 car was in standing water

2004 subaru wrx was in standing water. eventually got car started and now have p1560. what is next step

Hi there,

Start by checking fuse #11 to be sure it's not blown, then remove the ecm harness connector and check for water intrusion. This is under the carpet on the passenger side of the car. Depending on how much water the car was in it is possible there is some type of issue with the connector.
