-P1599 - is this due to 2004 Saturn ion ignition recall

Gm has replaced ignition switch 3 times. This is 4 th ignition car still randomly stalls   Have code diagnostic tool.  When car stalled hooked up code reader right away came up p1599. Replaced spark plugs  fuel filter. Vin# 1G8 AG52F3 4 Z100989

P1599 Engine stall or near stall detected

You can also set a P1599 if you have a manual transmission and release the clutch pedal too quickly and the engine stall, you set this code, but this code does not set a CK ENG LT. If you are stalling out randomly, this is where the CKP (crankshaft position sensor ) is more suspected of causing the problem and with this year make and model the CKP if it is failing does not have to set any codes
