Hi there,

With this code the actual problem is one of the ignition coils. If you don't have a single cylinder misfire code, then the only alternative is to replace all 6 coils. This is the Nissan factory repair. What I have done in the past is to hold out until a single misfire code appears with it, then replace that coil and it will usually resolve the problem.
