the tranny slips have to rev it up to get it to move changed fluid look good there  is tps and coolant temp voltage out of range also loss of hydraulick pump prime

P0700 is letting you know another code is stored. 

P0846 indicates an issue with the 2/4 pressure switch. Here is some info for you.
