How do I resolve this U0101 no comm. with pcm module A code and get my truck running again.

Question

I have a 2010 Ford F 150 5.4 liter 8 cylinder 2 wheel drive truck this all started when I was driving on a dirt road I hit a bump and my truck suddenly stopped I thought it was a battery so I tried to jump start it but nothing happened it wouldn't crank and it wouldn't start so I had it towed back to my house to get a scanner reading on it and it came back with the code you u101 communications with the PCM modulate A what could have caused this problem and how do I resolve it
