Question

2008 e350 4matic switched from sport to cruise when P0730 dtc code came on
I was able to drive it home without any shift problems. The conductor plate has been changed and transmission control module about a year ago

This code is for an incorrect gear ratio. Several things can cause this code but the place to start is with the transmission fluid level. You also want to make sure it's clean.
