2008 Infiniti G35 with codes U1000 and U1001, is that a big problem?

Hi there,

These codes are can communication codes. They can be a big deal, basically one of the computers isn't communicating with the ecm. A high speed scan tool is required to first, determine which one isn't communicating, then trying to isolate why it's not communicating. This is really not something that can be diagnosed at home
