code po700 and po776. 2011 chey malibu 2.4

Question

I have a 2011 chevy Malibu. the check engine light came on and the car wouldn't go into reverse. Then the car had to be driven in Manuel and started losing power. the codes are po700 and po776. Once I cleared the code the 776 code didn't clear. how can I fix this?

The code P0776 is for the clutch pressure solenoid. This could be the result of low or dirty transmission fluid, the solenoid or a problem with the TCM. Here is some more info on the code.

P0700 is basically and information only code that there is an issue with the transmission control system.
