Question

Car starts up shaky for a second or two then runs good. I then get a code PO316 and code PO305. Truck does this when starting cold. When I go into a store and come out to restart the truck i have to crank it extra long before engine starts. Truck runs great when useing it.

This code is for a cyclinder #5 misfire (P0305) and misfire detection (P0316)

I would focus on the #5 cylinder, possible coil problem or fuel injector.
