Can faulty spark plugs cause these problems: car runs hot, engine shakes, horn does not work, certain lights does not work, wetness on floor board on driver side?

Faulty sparkplug can cause a misfire condition, but will not make the car run hot, what cool the engine down is the cooling system, if the combustion of the engine cylinder where the sparkplug are at are not contributing near equal you have a shaky engine certain light not working wetness on driver side you may have to check the cooling system heater core
