Evap emission system large leak.

2006 Saturn Vue. Evap emission system large leak. If I wait to get this fixed, am I turning a relatively small problem into a bigger one?

You will not damage anything to wait to have this repaired. It's likely the vent control valve or an issue with the fuel cap. Driving the car will not damage anything else on the system.
