06 Ford Focus with P0128 code. Thermostat replaced, check engine light still on. Cause?

I had the thermostat replaced and the check engine light is still on. What could be causing this?

This is likely an issue with the engine coolant temp sensor if the car is not running cold.I would replace that next to see if there is any improvement.
