P0183 Nissan - tiida 2009

Question

Once I start driving my car is Jerking one time after that its fine. But this problem repeats when I stop and proceed ( Speed breakers, Traffic). I have already changed the Fuel Pump, Plugs, Mountings but no gain.  Also there a warning light on dashboard. Now when I computer test it. Its showing sensor faults which Im listing below.
1. VENT control valve P0447.
2. Fuel- sys- lean B1P0171
Can this problem be solved if I put this sensors. I have already expended a lot of Money.
