How do I fix the code P0300?

I'm getting a p300 random misfire on 06 jeep Cherokee. Would that not make the jeep start at all? Not turning over.

This code is for a random misfire. It should not prevent the vehicle from starting. It is possible if the spark plugs are old there could be an issue with it not starting, but generally speaking this code will not prevent it from starting.
