What is bank 1 refering to p0015 ford fusion 1.6 ecoboost

Put a water pimp on a w013 ford fusion now its has a code of p0015 cam actuator b bank 1 retard.

Bank 1 in this case is the intake cam, the bank 1 would only be relevant if the engine was a 6 or 8 cylinder engine. Basically it sounds like either the cam timing is off or there is a problem with the IVT solenoid
