What does P1705 and P0456 mean when check engine light goes on?

I received a check engine light on in my 2009 Nissan Rogue.  The service guy told me that I had a U1000 code and a P1705 and a P456 code.  Can you tell me what this means and if I need to get the car serviced?

You do need to get the car repaired. The codes are for the following.

P0456 Evap small leak detected.

P1705 Throttle position

U1000 LAN communication error.

The U1000 is the big one here. It means one of the computers in the system is not communicating on the circuit, this can cause the other codes to appear. This is going to require an upper level scan tool and a mechanic with experience to diagnose.
