Can car will starts when code p0113 is apearing

Hi there

This code is for the intake air temp sensor. Most of the time the car will start even with this code in it. The IAT can change the fuel mixture somewhat so it is possible the car is having a problem starting. I would check for fuel and spark before condemning the IAT
