P0141 02 sensor heater malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2

Bank 1 is where cylinder 1 is located , Sensor are the downstream 02 sensor or the catalytic monitor sensor, there is no fuse for this 02 sensor, this is the 02 sensor that set this code.
